Pricing

  • The profile and storefront are free.
  • Shop sales: our fee and card processing come out of the sale.
  • Bookings: a 5% commission plus card processing, taken from the deposit.

Yes. The profile and storefront are free; you pay only when you are paid.

How do vendors get paid?

Card payments go to the vendor’s own connected Stripe account, less EventVidia’s fee.

Can my staff manage bookings?

Yes. Add team members as Manager, Staff or View, each with set permissions.
