Delete from the app
- 1Open EventVidia (or go to eventvidia.com/settings) and sign in.
- 2Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
- 3Confirm. Your account is deactivated immediately and permanently removed after a short grace period.
Prefer to email us?
Email privacy@eventvidia.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We’ll verify and delete it, and confirm by reply.
What is deleted
- Your profile (name, email, phone, avatar) and login credentials
- Your events, guest lists, invitations, RSVPs, and QR passes
- Photos and files you uploaded
- Contacts you imported and any vendor/inventory data you created
What is kept, and for how long
- Transaction and payment records required for tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention — retained up to 7 years as required by law, then deleted.
- Minimal records needed to honor opt-outs (e.g., an unsubscribe/STOP suppression entry) so we don’t contact you again.
