EventVidia is online ticketing for concerts, cultural shows, comedy nights, festivals and community events. You create ticket types, share a public show page, and buyers get QR tickets by email and text that your team scans at the door from any phone.

How it works

- 3Publish and shareYour show gets a public page. Share it, or give promoters their own link so you can see who sold what.
- 4Scan at the doorSend your door team the staff scanner link. They scan QR tickets from a phone, and walk-ins can buy at the door.
- 5Get paidTicket money is paid out to you after the event, less the booking fee.

Pricing
- Booking fee: 5.4% + $0.30 per paid ticket (minimum $0.80). Card processing comes out of that fee, never added on top.
- You choose whether the buyer pays the fee or you absorb it.
- Free tickets carry no fee. There are no subscriptions or monthly fees.

Yes. A ticket type can be sold only in whole groups, for example 5, 10 or 15 people, and at the door the whole order can be admitted with one tap after a scan.
When do I get paid?
Ticket money is held until the event has happened and is then paid out to you, less the booking fee.
