By registering as a vendor on EventVidia, you agree to this Vendor Agreement and our Terms of Service. This agreement governs the relationship between EventVidia ("Platform") and you ("Vendor").
EventVidia may charge a service fee on completed bookings. Fee rates will be disclosed clearly in your vendor dashboard before any charges apply. Payment terms are governed by the payment processor used at the time of transaction.
You are an independent business. Nothing in this agreement makes you an employee, agent, partner, or subcontractor of EventVidia, and neither of us may bind the other. You decide how, when, and by whom your services are delivered. You are responsible for your own taxes, employment obligations, licences, permits, and equipment.
You must hold and maintain the insurance a reasonable business in your trade would carry — at minimum general liability cover appropriate to the services you offer, and any cover a venue, host, or law requires of you. A host or venue may ask for a certificate of insurance before an event, and may refuse you entry without one. We do not verify your cover, and asking you for a certificate does not mean we have.
EventVidia is a marketplace. We are not a party to the contract between you and a client, we do not supervise or control the work you do, and we are not liable for a client’s acts or omissions, for a booking that falls through, or for any loss arising from work you agreed to perform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim under this agreement will not exceed the service fees we received from you in the three months before the claim arose.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EventVidia and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any third-party claim, loss, liability, or cost (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:
We will tell you promptly about any claim we think is covered here. You may run the defence with counsel we reasonably approve, and you may not settle in a way that admits fault on our part or obliges us to do anything without our written consent. This section does not cover a claim caused by our own gross negligence or wilful misconduct, and it survives the end of this agreement.
Your vendor profile, including business name, photos, pricing, and reviews, will be publicly visible on the EventVidia marketplace. You can deactivate your profile at any time from your dashboard.
EventVidia reserves the right to suspend or remove vendor accounts that violate this agreement, receive repeated complaints, or engage in fraudulent activity. Vendors may delete their profile at any time by contacting support.
