EventVidia runs expos and trade shows end to end. You draw the floor plan and sell booth packages, exhibitors register and pay online, visitors register for QR badges, and exhibitors capture leads by scanning those badges.

What you get

  • Floor plan with booths, tiers and packages

  • Lead capture: exhibitors scan a visitor’s badge, with the visitor’s consent to share their contact
  • Door, food and bar scanners; food and drink coupons carried on the badge
  • Messages to exhibitors, a public expo page, and team roles (Viewer, Front desk, Coordinator, Finance)
  • Tickets, guest passes and badges can be added to the phone wallet: the pass page shows Add to Apple Wallet on an iPhone, iPad or Mac, Add to Google Wallet on an Android phone, and both on other computers. The wallet pass carries the same QR the door scans.

What you need

  • Organisers: web browser or the EventVidia app

Pricing

  • Booth and visitor tickets carry the same booking fee as show tickets: 5.4% + $0.30 per paid ticket (minimum $0.80). Free visitor registration carries no fee.

Questions

Can exhibitors capture leads at an EventVidia expo?

Yes. Exhibitors scan a visitor’s badge QR. The visitor chooses whether to share their contact details with exhibitors.

Can exhibitors pay for booths online?

Yes. Exhibitors register and pay for their booth by card when they register.

Can my team have different access?

Yes: Viewer, Front desk, Coordinator and Finance roles control who sees and does what.
