Booking fee per paid ticket

5.4% + $0.30 per ticket (min $0.80)

  • Card processing included — nothing added on top
  • You choose: buyers pay the fee, or you absorb it
  • Free tickets carry no fee
  • Same fee for expo booths and visitor tickets
  • Paid out to your bank after the event

Example: a $20.00 ticket with buyers paying the fee — the buyer pays $21.46, you receive $20.00.

Email to guests is always free and unlimited. Ticket and pass texts for ticketed shows are included in the booking fee.

Vendors

Your profile, storefront, quote requests, leads and team are free. You pay only when you are paid:

  • Shop sales and rentals: the listed price is what the buyer pays; our fee and card processing come out of it (e.g. a $40.00 order pays you $37.54).
  • Bookings and appointments: 5% of the service price plus card processing, taken from the deposit.

Corporate & Non-Profit

The same pricing: company and non-profit workspaces — members, approvals, budgets, branded expo sites, volunteers and sponsors — are free to use. Ticket and booth sales carry the same booking fee.
