1. All sales are final. Tickets cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded — including if you can no longer attend, change your mind, or buy the wrong date, ticket type or quantity. Refunds are given only if the event is cancelled. 2. If the event is cancelled, you are refunded in full, automatically, to the card you paid with — booking fee included. 3. If the event moves to a new date, time or venue, your ticket is valid for the new arrangement. Changes to performers, programme or seating are not a cancellation. 4. The price at checkout includes the booking fee. Please check the event, date, ticket type and quantity before you pay. 5. Bring what your ticket requires — photo ID, proof of age, or a valid student ID for student tickets. Entry may be refused, without a refund, to anyone who does not meet the conditions, arrives after doors close, or behaves unsafely. 6. Each ticket admits one person, once. Keep your QR code private: the first valid scan is admitted. 7. Bought by mistake or charged twice? Contact the organizer or EventVidia support within 48 hours, before contacting your bank. A genuine duplicate charge is refunded. 8. If you dispute a valid charge with your bank, your tickets may be cancelled, and we will share proof of your purchase and these terms with your bank. 9. The event may be photographed or filmed. By attending, you agree you may appear in it. 10. These terms add to EventVidia's Terms of Service (eventvidia.com/terms).
